Caring Habitat
Embracing Animal Welfare with Aviary Method
Our hens enjoy spacious areas tailored to their needs: resting zones with perches for tranquil breaks,
feeding and watering areas providing fresh water from Mt. Fuji and nutrient-rich feed,
nesting zones for calm and natural egg-laying, and ground-level zones for sunbathing and dust bathing.
In this 'chicken-friendly' farm, they move freely, spreading their wings and fulflling every inherent behavioral desire.
This unique farming system, fulflling the costlier yet humane approach, is still rare in Japan, with only a handful as of 2023

then dries sterilizes them with UV light for ultimate cleanliness.
UV Sterilization
Candling
In candling, eggs are examined in a darkroom with light shining from below, enabling manual detection and removal of cracks, fissures, and irregular shapes.
Ultrasonic
Ultrasonic inspection sends subtle vibrations to the eggs, automatically detecting cracks and fissures based on their sound.
PC Inspection
PC inspection involves capturing images of eggs, identifying impurities, and detecting abnormalities such as blood-mixed eggs or meat spots, ensuring their removal.
Final Inspection and Packing Process
Final Inspection involves visually checking for cracks or fissures before the eggs are packed.
